Completing a feedback survey

At the end of your mentorship or coaching journey, you may be asked to complete a feedback survey to share your experience. Your input is valuable and helps improve the programme for future participants.

Here’s how to complete it:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Click on your profile photo at the top right corner of the page.

  3. Select Survey from the dropdown menu.

  4. You’ll see a list of available surveys. Locate the relevant survey, click on the gear icon under the Action column and select Take Survey.

✅ Note: You will only be able to take the survey if its status is marked as Active.

If you believe you should have access to a survey but don't see one listed, please submit a support ticket via the Knowledge Base.
