When you will be asked to complete a survey

You’ll be prompted to complete a feedback survey once your mentorship or coaching programme has ended.

🕒 When does this happen?

You’ll be asked to complete the survey when:

  • All milestones have been completed
    or

  • Your mentor/coach has manually marked the programme as complete

If your programme requires a survey, you’ll receive:

  • An email notification

  • A wallfeed notification on the platform

Alert
Some programmes are stricter:
You may be unable to book follow-up mentoring/coaching sessions until the previous survey has been completed.


💡 How to Give Valuable Feedback

Here are a few best practices when completing your survey:

  • Be honest and constructive — Share what worked well and what could be improved.

  • Reflect on your goals — Did the mentorship help you meet the milestones you set out to achieve?

  • Comment on the mentor/coach experience — How helpful was the guidance? Were they responsive and engaged?

  • Share suggestions — If something could have made your journey smoother, let us know!
