Keeping your profile up to date helps your mentor/coach better understand your background, goals, and interests — making it easier to guide you effectively during your learning journey.
There are two types of updates you can make: Edit Account and Edit Profile. These serve different purposes.
Use this to update your account-related details such as:
Your name
Contact number
Password
To edit your account details:
1. Log in to https://elevate.suss.edu.sg.
2. You’ll land on your dashboard. Click the pencil icon on the card that shows your profile picture.
If you registered for Elevate@SUSS using your SUSS Single Sign-On (SSO), which is your MyMail account, a system-generated password was automatically created for your account. While you can continue logging in via SSO, you also have the option to set a personal password for the platform.
By changing your password within your account settings on Elevate@SUSS, you're updating the platform-specific password. This means you will now be able to log in using your SUSS email address and this new password—without going through SSO.
This is useful if you prefer to access the platform directly without using the SSO login flow.
🔒 Important: Changing your password here does not affect your SUSS MyMail or SSO credentials. It only updates the password used for logging in directly to Elevate@SUSS.Use this to update your profile information, including:
Education background
Working experience
Skills
Resume upload
Some fields may already be pre-filled, such as your PI Number and Programme Name.
To edit your profile details:
1. Log in to https://elevate.suss.edu.sg.
2. You’ll land on your dashboard. Click the pencil icon on the card that says "Complete your profile now!"
