Understanding the mentoring and coaching journey

Welcome to the Elevate@SUSS mentoring and coaching journey! This platform is designed to support your personal and professional growth through meaningful connections with mentors and coaches. Here’s a quick overview of what to do to get started:

  1. Set up your profile fully
    Begin by updating your profile with your education, experience, skills, and interests. Feel free to add as much information as possible, as this helps mentors/coaches understand your background and how they can best support you.

  2. Join a programme
    If you haven't already been pre-allocated to a programme, browse the available options and join one that matches your goals.

    If you’ve been pre-assigned to a programme, you can skip this step.

  3. Connect with mentors/coaches in your programme
    Once you're in a programme, view the list of available mentors/coaches and send a connection request to someone you'd like to learn from.

  4. Book slots and add milestones
    After your connection is accepted, start booking mentoring or coaching sessions. You can also set and track milestones to guide your progress throughout your learning journey.
