How to cancel or change a session
If you need to cancel a session, follow the steps below:
Log in to https://elevate.suss.edu.sg.
Click on Journey in the top navigation bar and select Manage My Bookings.
Click the Manage Bookings button.
Find the mentoring/coaching session you want to cancel and click on the gear icon under the Action column.
Click Cancel Booking.
Want to Change a Session?
To reschedule, simply cancel the existing booking first, then book a new session based on the mentor/coach’s availability.
