Logging in via SSO for Students


2. Click Log in Now > with MyMail on the main landing page.
If you don’t see that option, click Log In at the top right corner and select Login with MyMail from the dropdown.



3. You’ll be redirected to the SSO login page. Enter your MyMail email and password, then click Sign In.



Idea
🔎 SSO (Single Sign-On) lets you access multiple SUSS platforms using one set of login credentials — your MyMail email and password.

Trouble Logging In? Try These Steps:

Clear Your Browser Cache
If you’ve previously logged in as a test user or accessed the platform multiple times across different tabs or windows, your browser may have stored conflicting data that interferes with SSO login.

How to fix it:
Go to your browser settings and clear the cache—especially cookies and site data. After that, restart your browser and try logging in again.

Use Incognito or Private Browsing Mode
If clearing your cache doesn’t resolve the issue, try logging in using an incognito window (Chrome) or private window (Safari, Edge, Firefox).

This helps rule out interference from stored session data or browser history.

Submit a Ticket for Assistance
If the issue persists, it may be due to a back-end configuration related to your SSO group or role assignment. Please submit a ticket for support so we can investigate and resolve it promptly.
