Once you’ve registered for a mentoring or coaching programme, here’s what happens next:
1. If you do not receive an approval email within 3–5 working days, please submit a ticket through the Knowledge Base for assistance.
2. Once your registration is approved, you will receive an email notification.
3. The status of the programme on your Programmes page will change from Pending Approval to Approved.
You can now:
- View the list of mentors/coaches in your programme
- Send connection requests
- Start booking mentoring or coaching sessions
If your registration is rejected and you're unsure why, please submit a ticket via the Knowledge Base to request more information.
