How to request a connection
Once you’re enrolled in a programme, you can start connecting with mentors and coaches in that programme by following these steps:
Log in to https://elevate.suss.edu.sg.
Click on Journey in the top navigation bar and select Search Mentors/Coaches. You will only see users who are in the same programme(s) as you. 
🏅 Recommended Mentors/Coaches:
Some mentors/coaches will appear with a “Recommended” label. This is based on how complete their profile is — those who have filled in more details (e.g. experience, skills, education) are shown as highly recommended to help you make informed choices.
Identify a mentor/coach you'd like to connect with and click View Profile to learn more about them.

When you're ready, click Request to Connect.

Select the relevant programme from the dropdown.

🔎 Connections are programme-specific. If you want to book mentorship slots with a mentor under a particular programme, you must select that programme during connection.
6. Click Request to send the connection request.

(Optional) You can also send a
personal message along with your request or use the chat function to speak with the mentor/coach beforehand by clicking on
Send a Message.
⏳ Please allow the mentor or coach 3–4 working days to respond to your request. If you do not hear back, you can submit a ticket through the Knowledge Base for assistance.
