How to accept or reject a mentor/coach request
If you’ve received a connection request from a mentor or coach, follow these steps to respond:

Log in to https://elevate.suss.edu.sg.

Click on Journey in the top navigation bar and select Manage My Connections.

Find the pending connection request. Under the Action column, hover over the gear icon, then click Approve or Reject. 
Want to view the mentor/coach's profile first?

Click on the mentor/coach’s name to open their full profile.

On the profile page, click the gear icon next to the Send a Message button.

Select Approve or Reject.
