How to check your mentor/coach’s availability
There are two ways to check mentor or coach availability on Elevate@SUSS — depending on whether you're looking for a specific user or browsing all available slots.
Option 1: Check Availability from an Individual Mentor/Coach’s Profile
Use this method if you already have a mentor or coach in mind and want a more focused view. This is especially useful if you're already connected with the mentor/coach under the relevant programme.

Click on Journey in the top navigation bar and select Search Mentors/Coaches.

Find the mentor/coach you’re looking for and click View Profile.

Scroll to the bottom of the profile page to view the mentor or coach’s available schedule. Toggle between weekly and monthly view by clicking on the red calendar icons.
Option 2: View Overall Availability Across All Connected Mentors and Coaches
Use this method if you want to see all available time slots across mentors and coaches you're connected with under your registered programmes.

Click on Journey in the top navigation bar and select Manage My Bookings.

You’ll see a consolidated view of all available booking slots with mentors you're connected to. Toggle between weekly and monthly view by clicking on the red calendar icons.
