Setting Up Your Mentor/Coach Profile

You can update your profile by either:

  1. Clicking the pencil icon on your dashboard next to “Complete your profile now!”, or
  2. Opening the Menu, selecting “Profile”, and then clicking “Edit Profile” on the profile page.

You must complete the ‘Profile Information’ section to proceed. 

  1. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and will be shown to students viewing your profile.
  2. A complete and informative profile helps students understand your background and suitability as a mentor/coach.

Once all mandatory fields in a section are completed, click ‘Update’ to save your information. 

  1. Repeat this step for each applicable sub-section. You will then be directed to the remaining sections of your profile.
  2. (For External Mentors) Information provided during registration will be pre-populated in the relevant fields. Please review and update as necessary.

Note: While some sections are marked optional, they are mandatory for external mentors (non-SUSS staff).
