The Manage My Progress page gives you an overview of where each mentoring or coaching engagement stands. Here's how to review milestone completion and close out a programme when the engagement has concluded.

💡 You can only mark your own milestones as complete. Your learner will need to log in separately to tick their own milestones.
💡 If you need to make a correction, you can untick a milestone as long as the programme has not yet been marked as complete.
Once all milestones have been ticked by both you and your learner, the programme will be automatically marked as complete.
If you need to manually mark a programme as complete:
Alternatively, go to Review Milestones and click the gear icon within that view to select Complete Programme.

⚠️ This action is irreversible. Only proceed if you are certain the mentoring or coaching engagement has fully concluded.
💡 If there is a feedback survey attached to the programme and you would like it to be triggered, marking the programme as complete will initiate it for your learner.

Note: A connection will only appear on the Manage My Progress page if at least one milestone has been set for that connection.
1. Check in regularly
Don't wait until the end of the programme to review milestones. Make it a habit to revisit progress during or after each session — use the Progress Status field in your case notes (Green, Amber, Red) as an ongoing indicator.
2. Nudge your learner to tick their milestones
Your learner needs to log in and tick their own milestones for the programme to be marked complete. If the engagement has wrapped up, remind them to do so via the Messages tab or in person.
3. Don't rush to complete the programme
Only mark a programme as complete when you are fully confident the engagement has ended — this action cannot be undone. If sessions are still ongoing, hold off even if all milestones have been ticked.
4. Flag concerns early
If your learner's progress status has been Amber or Red across multiple sessions, address it early rather than waiting for the programme to conclude. A direct conversation — even a short one via Messages — can make a significant difference.
