How to manage existing connections

How to manage existing connections

Once you have active connections with learners, you can manage and interact with them all from one place.

Viewing All Active Connections

  1. From the navigation bar, click Journey > Manage My Connections.
  2. You will see a list of all your connections and their statuses — Active, Pending, or Cancelled.

Cancelling a Connection

If you need to end an active connection:

  1. In Manage My Connections, locate the relevant connection.
  2. Click the gear icon under the Action column and select Cancel.
  3. Confirm the cancellation.

The learner will be notified via Wall Feed and email. If you wish to reconnect at a later point, a new connection request will need to be submitted.

⚠️ Before cancelling, consider reaching out to the learner via the Messages tab to let them know. This helps maintain a respectful and professional relationship.

Best Practices for Managing Multiple Learners

  • Check Manage My Connections regularly to stay on top of pending requests and active connections.
  • Use the Messages tab to keep all communications with your learners in one place on the platform.
  • If you are connected to the same learner across multiple programmes, each connection is managed separately — check that you are taking action under the correct programme.
  • Keep your availability up to date so learners can book sessions without having to reach out to you manually.
