How to request to join a programme
Programmes on Elevate@SUSS are open for registration during a set window. Here's how to find a programme and submit your request to join.
Viewing Available Programmes
- From the navigation bar, click Journey > Search Programmes.
- All active programmes will appear in the listing. Click View Programme to see its details, including registration dates and programme duration.
Requesting to Join
- On the programme page, click Register.
- A confirmation pop-up will appear — confirm your request to proceed.
The Register button will only appear if registration is currently open. If you see "Registration will start in [X] days" or "Registration has ended", the window is not yet open or has already closed.
What Happens After Requesting
Your registration status will show as Pending Approval in the programme listing, and Registration under review when you click in to view the programme. You will not be able to participate in the programme until your request has been approved.
If you need to withdraw your request, click Deregister before approval is granted.
Once your request is approved, you will be notified via:
- Email confirmation
- Wall Feed notification
Your registration status will also update to Registered in the programme listing.
💡 In some cases, you may already appear as Registered in a programme without having submitted a request. This happens when your registration has been set up on your behalf by the programme administrator.
